Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book a session.

Nature of Services

• Tarot readings and candle intention work are offered as spiritual, reflective, and educational services.
• Sessions are intended to support personal insight, self-reflection, and decision-making. They are not intended to predict the future with certainty or determine the actions of any other person.
• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, events, relationships, finances, employment, health, or any other life circumstance.

• I am not a licensed physician, lawyer, financial advisor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or other regulated professional.
• The information provided during a session is not medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.

Personal Responsibility

• Any actions or decisions taken following a session are entirely the responsibility of the client.
• By booking a session, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes.

Confidentiality

• Information shared during a session will be treated as confidential.
• Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is a credible risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

I reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or terminate a session if:

• A client is in immediate crisis or requires professional mental health support.
• A client requests that I make decisions on their behalf.
• A client becomes excessively reliant on readings for decision-making.
• A client repeatedly seeks readings on the same question within a short period of time.
• A question falls outside the scope of my practice.
• A session becomes abusive, threatening, or inappropriate.

Readings focus primarily on the client’s own circumstances, choices, and experiences. Questions that seek to invade the privacy of third parties may be declined.

Any such determination shall be made at my sole discretion.

Candle Intention Work

• Candle intention work is a symbolic and spiritual practice.
• It is intended to support personal reflection, focus, and intention-setting.
• No specific outcome or result is promised or guaranteed.

Payment and Booking

• Payment is required before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed.
• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

Recording Policy

Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or published without the express consent of both parties.
